Talkeetna Wilderness Lodge and Cabin Rentals offers 8 private cabins. Our guests enjoy free Wi-Fi, use of BBQ‘s, an outdoor pavilion and fire-pit with free firewood. The Main Lodge can be reserved by our guests from 6 pm to 10 pm to make your own meal and enjoy your evening with your family and friends. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with a beautiful fireplace. Fees may apply.

Studio Queen Bed Cabins 1, 2 & 6 can accommodate 1-5 guests and come with a Queen bed, a full-size futon couch and one upper twin bed. The cabins have a full private bathroom, kitchenettes that are well equipped with a microwave, bar fridge, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware and kitchen utensils, private screen porches with patio furniture, free Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV that you can use with your own device to watch your favorite shows or movies.

Studio King Bed Cabin 3 can accommodate 1-5 guests and comes with a King bed, a full-size futon couch and one upper twin bed. Family Cabin 4 can accommodate 2-5 guests. There is a separate bedroom with a Queen bed, a living room with two futon couches, a full private bathroom, dining area and a full kitchen that is well equipped with a 30”electric cook-top and oven, microwave, refrigerator, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware and kitchen utensils.

King Bed Cabin 7 can accommodate 2 guests and offers a King Bed and a Bistro table. The cabin has a full private bathroom, a kitchenette that is well equipped with a microwave, bar fridge, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware and kitchen utensils. The cabin has a private screen porch with patio furniture, free Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV that you can use with your own device to watch your favorite shows or movies.

Luxury King Bed Cabins 8 & 9 are the perfect setting to relax after an adventurous day or for a romantic getaway and can accommodate 2 guests. The cabins offer a King bed and a full private bathroom as well as a custom built and fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and silverware. Enjoy your morning on the spacious screen porch or on our live edge bar looking into our beautiful forest. The cabins offer free Wi-Fi and Smart TV‘s so you can stay connected whenever you choose to.

The Lodge

The Lodge and property are designed to offer you a place to come together with your family, friends or fellow travelers and share stories or make new memories.  Relax around the cozy Alaskan fireplace, prepare and enjoy a meal, and browse our many books about the people and places that make The Last Frontier a truly unique experience.  The Lodge has a full kitchen and a large living room and dining area.  There is an outdoor pavilion with BBQ’s, picnic tables, a large fire pit, outdoor furniture and gardens surrounded by a birch and spruce forest to enjoy the great outdoors.  There is easy access to Montana Creek which boasts some of the best fishing and wildlife viewing opportunities in the area.  The town of Talkeetna is 15 minutes away and offers many dining and recreation attractions.  The area’s only grocery store, gas station and convenience store are located less than 1.5 miles away on the Parks Highway.

We located at 17351 E. Michele Drive, Talkeetna, Alaska 99676.

The property is 100 miles north of Anchorage.  Take the Alaska Highway 1 North 33 miles towards Palmer/Wasilla, continue on Alaska Highway 3 North for 58 miles, also known as the George Parks Highway or simply the Parks Highway, to mile marker 98.  Turn right on the Talkeetna Spur Road.  Drive for just under 1 mile to Michele Drive and turn right before the 1 mile marker.  The property is located 1/2 mile down Michele Drive and is the second last driveway and property on the left.
